爆炸冲击载荷对大尺寸X80管道影响的模拟Simulation study on the influence of explosion impact load on large size X80 pipeline

摘要(Abstract):
为研究炸药爆炸对管道本体的破坏后果,使用ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件研究了在土介质和空气介质中,大尺寸X80带压管道遇到炸药爆炸冲击作用时产生的不同影响,以及不同管道内部气体压力对管道受爆炸冲击作用的影响。对管道表面受爆炸冲击产生的凹坑尺寸,以及管道迎爆面4个不同位置节点的应力应变进行了分析。结果表明:相同药量炸药爆炸时,空气介质中的管道表面凹坑尺寸小于土介质中管道凹坑;空气介质中管道表面4个不同位置节点的应力应变小于土介质中管道表面节点;空气介质中的管道会随其内部气体压力增加而产生更大面积的破口,土介质中的管道产生凹坑的尺寸会随其内部气体压力增加而减小。
