注氮防治综放遗煤自燃的三维模拟及应用研究3D simulation and application model for preventing the spontaneous coal combustion by nitrogen injection to the fully mechanized caving pit mining

摘要(Abstract):
基于综放遗煤自燃防治对煤矿安全生产的重要性,利用Fluent软件对注氮防治综放遗煤自燃进行了三维数值模拟研究。以九道岭矿E1S6综放面为例,对其采空区遗煤自燃规律进行了三维数值模拟研究,依据研究结果对注氮防治措施的相关参数进行了确定。最后依据模拟分析结果,对所确定的注氮防治措施进行了实际应用,并取得了成功。结果表明:采空区注氮量与氧化带宽度成负指数函数关系,与影响高度成正比关系;采空区注氮量在30~35 m3/min时能够满足E1S6综放面遗煤自燃防治的要求。
