基于改进DEMATEL的输电线路跨越施工安全影响因素研究Safety influencing factors of transmission line crossover construction: based on improved DEMATEL

摘要(Abstract):
为减少输电线路跨越施工中的安全事故,对影响施工安全的主要风险因素展开讨论。基于Tripod-Delta方法建立了输电线路跨越施工三脚架事故致因模型,提取出13个影响施工安全的主要因素。利用概念格-加权群组DEMATEL方法对专家意见进行加权群决策,计算影响因素的原因度和中心度,进而得到影响输电线路跨越施工安全的关键因素。最后根据影响因素的重要程度及相互关系,对跨越施工过程中的安全管理提出针对性建议。结果表明:安全制度、安全培训、现场监管等4个因素是安全事故发生的关键因素,在施工过程中应对这些因素进行重点关注;Tripod-Delta和概念格-加权群组DEMATEL相结合的方法使最终结果更加全面准确,可在安全评价的相关研究中进一步推广。
