基于SNA视角的旧工业厂房绿色再生项目治理风险研究Research on project governance risk of green regeneration of old industrial plant based on SNA

摘要(Abstract):
为从更能体现管理学价值的相关主体视角测度旧工业厂房绿色再生项目治理风险的内在相互影响,首先借助风险结构矩阵(RSM)提取旧工业厂房绿色再生项目治理风险清单,结合问卷调查及其一致性分析辨识其间风险关系,进而利用Netdraw及构建的邻接矩阵可视化旧工业厂房绿色再生项目治理风险网络。其次,利用社会网络分析(SNA)结构属性、关联程度、控制能力、连接枢纽细化指标块模型、点度中心度、中间中心度、中间人分析,确定了网络中居于核心地位的关键性风险。最后,从整体网络密度、聚集系数、关联可达性三方面对实施控制策略后的风险管理效果进行检测。结果表明,采取有针对性控制策略后,整体风险网络复杂度及网络节点间联系的紧密度均明显降低,网络中由关键风险引发的导致整个旧工业厂房绿色再生项目失败的可能性大大降低。
