透明板材爆炸冲击响应数值模拟分析Numerical simulation analysis of explosion response of transparent plate

摘要(Abstract):
采用ALE算法对透明板件冲击波超压衰减性能进行了数值模拟,通过设计9种基于不同TNT当量和爆距的工况,探究聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、钢化玻璃、亚克力树脂及聚碳酸酯这4种透明材料的抗冲击性能,据此遴选最合适的实验室抗爆防护罩材料。结果表明,聚碳酸酯板具有最佳的抗冲击特性,1 cm厚板材可以有效衰减39.20%的冲击波超压,是最合适的实验室抗爆防护罩选材。进一步结合冲击波超压损伤准则进行人体损伤等级评估,提出了实验室操作过程的建议:在使用1 cm厚聚碳酸酯抗爆防护罩的前提下,应限制TNT当量不超过1 g,并且研究人员要保持工作台与身体距离不小于30 cm。
