电凝聚气浮法处理含石墨废水的正交试验研究Orthogonal test design for graphite sewage treatment by way of electro-coagulation flotation processing

摘要(Abstract):
运用正交试验设计原理,研究了电凝聚气浮法处理钢管厂含石墨废水浊度的影响因子,并得到了的最佳操作条件。结果表明,影响电凝聚气浮法对含石墨废水浊度去除率的因子从主到次为废水p H值、电解电流、电解时间、极板间距。p H值和电解电流是影响含石墨废水浊度去除率的显著因素,极板间距和电解时间是非显著因素。最优运行方案为:电解时间30 min,电解电流1.0 A,极板间距20 mm,p H值6。在最优运行条件下含石墨废水浊度的去除率为98.34%。
