ClO_2对再生水管道中90°弯头的腐蚀研究Corrosion of ClO_2 on 90° elbow in reclaimed water pipeline

摘要(Abstract):
为明晰消毒剂对市政再生水管网中典型管件的腐蚀机理,针对流场易发生较大突变的90°弯头,引入计算流体力学(CFD)模拟了实验室管网中不同入口流速下不同点位的流速及剪力分布,并结合模拟结果,采用电化学测试及SEM微观分析方法研究了动态管网中消毒剂ClO_2对弯头的腐蚀规律。结果表明:90°弯头处流速和剪力随管道入口流速的增大而增大,易腐蚀点分布在90°弯头的内侧中心及外侧下游;投加ClO_2,在腐蚀前期可通过促进腐蚀产物生成而抑制腐蚀,而在腐蚀稳定期,ClO_2与剪切力协同作用破坏腐蚀垢层,易导致90°弯头处腐蚀产物脱落,加剧腐蚀。与直管段相比,90°弯头难以形成致密的腐蚀垢层而更易腐蚀,其主要原因在于消毒剂与水流剪切力的共同作用。
