基于恢复效度的故障模式危害性灰色关联评估Grey relation assessment based on the recovery validity theory to failure mode criticality

摘要(Abstract):
针对失效模式、影响和危害度分析方法(FMECA)在设备运行过程中单纯依靠RPN分析危害性的不足,建立了一种针对服务对象的危害性评估模型。引入恢复效度的概念,丰富了危害度评估的指标体系;利用层次分析法确定各评估指标的权重;运用灰色关联分析方法建立数学模型,给出了计算步骤;利用德尔菲法界定了故障模式恢复效度、严酷度、发生频度和可探测度在广播式自动相关监视系统(ADS-B)的等级。利用建立的数学模型对该系统6种典型故障模式的危害性进行了分析、验证和排序。结果表明,该模型能更加真实地反映故障模式对服务对象的危害性,可以根据危害性排序结果界定设备运行系统关键性故障模式,并有针对性地制定相关弥补措施和对策。
