地铁乘客社会脆弱性影响因素调查与统计Investigation and statistical research on influencing factors of metro passengers' social vulnerability

摘要(Abstract):
为了解决地铁乘客外在社会属性与内在综合不安全性之间影响机理不明确的问题,引入社会脆弱性理论开展调查与统计研究。从乘客行为社会脆弱性(PSV_B)和心理社会脆弱性(PSV_P)两方面选取9个因素构建了乘客社会脆弱性(PSV)的表征体系,运用独立样本t检验和单因素方差分析研究性别、学历等6个外在社会属性对PSV的影响,采用探索性因子分析(EFA)确定PSV的潜在因素。结果表明:632位调查对象的PSV、PSV_B、PSV_P等级皆为中;性别和是否具有突发事件经历对PSV、PSV_B、PSV_P都具有显著性影响,年龄、职业、学历和乘坐频率则无显著影响;乘客对地铁疏散环境的熟悉度、携带行李的影响度、环境突变的影响度、自我调节能力是影响PSV的4个主要潜在因素。
