绿色环保矿用充填泡沫制备及影响因素研究Preparation of mining-used filling foam and the influential factors with low residual monomers

摘要(Abstract):
采用单因素试验研究了醛酚配比(mA/mB)、脲素和三聚氰胺对矿用充填树脂中残余单体质量分数的影响,分析了固化剂对泡沫中残余单体的影响。结果表明,随mA/mB增大,发泡树脂的黏度和固体质量分数增加,羟甲基指数先减小后趋于稳定;残余醛质量分数增大,残余酚质量分数减小。添加脲素后,树脂的黏度降低,固体质量分数和羟甲基指数增加,残余醛质量分数逐渐减小,残余酚质量分数略有增大;当添加三聚氰胺时,树脂的黏度、固体质量分数和羟甲基指数增加,残余醛和酚质量分数均有所减小。红外光谱分析结果表明,脲素与残余醛生成了新化合物,而羟甲基化三聚氰胺与酚形成亚甲基桥结构。经固化剂发泡后,泡沫中的残余单体质量分数明显减小。其中,有机-无机复合固化剂制备的泡沫的甲醛和苯酚质量分数最小。
