异养硝化-好氧反硝化在生物脱氮方面的研究进展Research progress of heterotrophic nitrification-aerobic denitrification in biological denitrification

摘要(Abstract):
异养硝化-好氧反硝化(Heterotrophic Nitrification-Aerobic Denitrification,HN-AD)菌的发现,是对传统硝化反硝化理论的丰富与突破。HN-AD菌不但可以将氨氮转化为氮气等气态产物,而且几乎不会产生NO-2-N/NO-3-N的积累,还可以去除COD,这一优势使其成为生物脱氮领域的研究热点。在介绍HN-AD基本理论及典型HNAD菌代谢机理的基础上,重点综述了近年来分离出的典型HN-AD菌的脱氮特性,分析了HN-AD菌的最佳脱氮参数,同时介绍了HNAD菌在废水处理方面的应用现状,最后对其前景进行了展望。
