摘要(Abstract)：

在分析航空运输业噪声等环境外部成本测算的国内外研究现状及发展动态的基础上,分别针对航空运输业噪声、CO2和HC等环境外部成本构建了测算模型。其中,噪声环境外部成本的测算模型基于HPM法构建,同时考虑了机场噪声"暴露-反应"关系;CO2和HC等环境外部成本分别根据IPCC方法和发动机排放数据库建立测算模型。
