摘要(Abstract)：

为改善水利工程建设项目的安全管理水平，提升安全绩效，测量我国水利工程施工人员的心理资本水平与不安全行为水平，通过文献分析、现场访谈和专家讨论等得出水利工程施工人员心理资本五维结构(自我效能、希望、韧性、乐观、沉着)的初始测量题项及不安全行为的初始量表，通过预测试的题项筛选、信度分析、探索性因子分析，形成了包含26个题项的施工人员心理资本量表与包含10个题项的不安全行为量表。对正式量表进行大样本测试，采用AMOS 23.0软件进行验证性因子分析。结果表明，编制的量表各方面参数拟合良好，可以用于测量水利工程施工人员的心理资本水平和不安全行为水平，为提高水利工程施工人员心理资本水平、提高水利工程安全管理水平提供了依据。
