挖机破碎锤与铲斗冲击对大尺寸带压X80管道破坏影响试验研究Experimental study on damage of X80 high pressure pipeline under the impact of excavator hammer and bucket

摘要(Abstract):
挖机冲击载荷是导致埋地输气管道第三方破坏的主要载荷形式之一。为研究挖机破碎锤冲击作用下大尺寸X80管道损伤后果,开展了挖机破碎锤冲击大尺寸带压X80管道试验,并对管道破坏部位进行了扫描电镜微观组织分析和金相显微组织分析。结果表明:小吨位挖机破碎锤长时间冲击带压管道外壁不会使其产生破坏性损伤;挖机使用破碎锤对管道冲击后管壁表面形成裂纹,且裂纹随冲击时间增加向管道内壁逐渐延伸;破碎锤冲击位置表面微观组织未发生变化,持续的冲击压力使管壁压缩变薄形成裂纹;相同吨位挖机铲斗单次冲击管道产生的应变与破碎锤冲击相比要小。试验结果可以为今后挖机破碎锤冲击对大尺寸管道破坏影响研究提供试验参考,同时为挖机破碎锤施工过程中管道的防护提供试验依据。
